Description problem

Ejaculatio praecox, or premature ejaculation, is a sexual dysfunction in which a man is unable to control the ejaculation of semen until the partner is satisfied. Ejaculatio ante portas means a severe form of premature ejaculation, in which a man ejaculates before entering his partner. Usually, with premature ejaculation, men ejaculate within one minute after entering their partner. This results in insufficient sexual experience for the partner. The causes of premature ejaculation are congenital predispositions to this disorder, longer abstinence from sexual life, a short frenulum, or a narrowed foreskin. Treatment consists of surgically cutting the frenulum, applying local anesthetics or medications that prolong the ejaculation reflex. Circumcision, which also includes cutting the frenulum, will help with a narrowed foreskin.
